I am looking for someone to cheaply build a quote builder for sash and case windows for a mate's website.

For a small manufacturer of Sash and Case Windows.

Something like this: http://www.windowquotes.org/Quote.aspx

Basically they have 3 basic types of wood windows
Each window can have different amount of panes in each window
User enters width and height
Selects type of window
Does Calculation
Must be branded
Capable of adding new types of window easily
