I'm looking to recruit a PHP/MySQL guru to work out of Market Harborough (near Leicester), and our company's usual recruitment agencies are really struggling to provide suitable candidates. Has anyone got any recommendations for decent agencies that I could approach for this kind of role?

we use http://www.adlib-recruitment.co.uk/Adlib/aboutus.asp and they're great - they look like they cover your area, although not much on the board there at the moment (obviously we use them for south west based and they always have candidates lined up) but they work hard to find people to suit you so they're worth a try.
ask for Carolyn if you call them - she might pass you to a colleague but if you're going to earn someone commission try her first :)
