Crazy news just in—Google is acquiring the handset division of Motorola, Motorola Mobility, for $12.5 billion. This means Google could soon officially in the hardware business.

Microsoft developed an archiving system for saving offline copies of web pages whereby all the necessary elements, htmp txt images etc, were all save in a single container as an MHT page. It was originally only available in IE but they have since opened their "standard" up as open source and plugins are now available for other browsers.
