As we pride ourselves with some of the cleanest tap drinking water, PFAS is a huge issue here as well.
Farmers and corporations getting a lot of pressure and in the news all the time.

I've never gotten the idea behind carplay?
Today, I get into my car, the bluetooth automatically connects my phone and music, phone calls and text messages integrate seamlessly without any carplay or other fancy stuff? What am I missing?

>TRT has been a bit of a cheat code for me, it has made everything easier.

Seeing a LOT of that recently. Seriously considering looking into as well. So you just went to your doc?

Great update Tom. Thanks.

I've been slacking a LOT over the summer and hopped on the scale to see the damage. Around +10 pounds gained and felt like sh##.
Got back in the gym a few weeks ago, trying to dial in the "fuel" and make better choices. Already feeling better, but realized that a 49 year old body do not perform quite as well with the weights as it use to. Beginning to enjoy the workouts though and with that comes better food choices. The goal is to be in a much better shape before turning 50 next summer.

Interesting!

I'm currently off as my training is on "pause" (another word for me being a f-ing lazy bastard and doing a bit too much traveling and putting a regular training regime aside).

When I do train, I tend to take regular stuff like creatine, bcaa, protein, magnesium and some fiber.

Just few weeks ago I came across a discusion about NMN and Resveratrol. Both supposed to boost celluar health, antiaging and general performance. Been taking it for a week now. Verdict still out I guess.

>News avoidance during the COVID-19 pandemic is associated with better mental well-being

Can confirm. I removed Twitter and Facebook on my phone. Only on my pc now. Cancelled a streaming service for a local news station. I saw myself going down the rabbit hole too often and it affected my mood and well-being as I kept getting agitated over stupid people and stuff that didn't actually matter at all.

Refreshing to say the least.

HRT has really taken off in the news and health community imo.
Recently a good friend of mine who works on spinal surgery went out with a couple of very well known docs in the field and they both recommended my buddy - who is 45 - to strongly consider doing HRT or at least a shot of test every 6 weeks. Increased strength, sleep, libido, clarity and concentration was some of the top arguments. They both did it, they both offered to write him a prescription on the spot.

Huge discussions going on here on PFAS. We pride ourselfes with some of the cleanest water in the world straight from the tab.
Unfortunately a lot of the wells have way too much PFAS in them.

>interest in home decor

It is a beautiful industry. Did you know there is a pattern called Strawberry Thief? And a great brand just made a deal with the Van Gogh museum using his prints on their products? It's amazing, hehe.
