It might be a fine vehicle, but I haven't cared for Cadillac's styling since the early 2000s; there's just too many hard angles for my taste. 

More on topic, it seems the US manufacturers are settling down on the crossover body style for their electric offerings.  It makes sense, that's most of what is selling these days.

A few years ago, my nephew bought a Cadillac and outfitted it with a self-driving kit. He flew from CA to NC, installed his self-driving system and had the car drive 97% of the miles home. At the time, it was the cheapest car that had the necessary controls. Now he also has a... Nissan Leaf plug-in hybrid I thin? A cheaper car that he has also kitted out to be self-driving on easy roads.

He also races cars in the spec Miata class. All in all, he's a fan of the Caddy. Says it's a nice car.
