On the one hand, I agree. On the other hand, this kind of speech targeting an individual like that on the part of a president or presidential candidate is always troubling. I was hoping to see less of this in the future, not more.

Obviously, repealing 230 poses all sorts of issues for web hosts, etc, does it not? When it covers a web host, that feels more to me like libel laws that cover a printer, not a publisher. To me that's the key distinction: wouldn't authors and publishers generally be responsible, whereas printers generally would not be?
