IPhone network browse?

Is there a way or an app that will allow mr to browse a local network (NAS) with my iPhone

Has anyone seen something like this?

To a certain extent you could use DropBox if your intention was to share only certain files.

I'll trade you mine... it drops calls and goes away... I thought it was surfing porn, but maybe it is browsing someone eles network after it left mine?
