My 2.5 y/old uses the ipad & iphone. She knows where we keep her apps and where to find the TV shows.
Browsing is too much as typing is a long way off.

i must admit I'd probably start with a restricted version of the web when she can type and read.

I currently run a HP ProBook 4720a and an Hp Elietbook 8540w
elietbook is better overall and more portable but always need the bigger screen.

else I fall back to Toshiba.
