Seems to me, broadcasting electric power is like broadcasting radio, the airwaves are owned by the public so if somebody intercepts radio signal you can't complain.  It's not like the farmer ran a wire to the utility pole and stole the power.

I'm thinking the courts did not agree.

Right now, iPhones provide slightly more privacy than Google Android phones.  But if Apple starts using Google AI I expect that to change.  Everything Google makes contains spy-ware.

Style wise, the boxier the better but not too big.  We have enough monster pickups and SUV's on the road as it is.

It's hard to thread that needle on design between retro and modern but SUV's like the Land Rover and the Bronco just have not excited me.  Just a bit too modern.

Wordpress ought to do that for you.  It has both RSS feeds and email notifications (last time I looked.)  Just install a WP announcement blog.

For fee there is Micro.blog Premium for $10 per mo., which has both RSS and JASON feeds plus newsletters.

It's amazing to me how many newer blogging platforms just omit native comments.  I realize comments are not easy to implement due to relentless spam, but IMHO a proper blog needs to have native comments which the owner can turn on and off, moderate and also have protections against evil spammers.
