Meanwhile, the NYT newsletter yesterday was saying that in the US we are opening restaurants and closing schools and in Europe they are closing restaurants and opening schools. Guess which strategy is working better?

But we're Americans. We will defend our right to have fries with that to our dying day, but won't necessarily look out for the kids.

Delta has lowered the age range.  I'm seeing numerous articles like this in my feeds from all across the US.  Some are reporting a significant number of hospitalizations of children.
