completely sexist... both ways.. but I also don't think it would work.. at least not in the West.

Studies show that if you try to keep all else the same in an exercise physiology lab test and change only the gender of the person running the test, men lift more and run faster if the investigator is female.

Whether they get more efficient at programming is open for debate....
