The Science Museum (London) has been putting hundreds of thousands of photographs of items online. Eventually, there will be millions.
You can now go to
https://thesciencemuseum.github.io/never-been-seen/index.html
and click the link and you will see a photo of an object that has never before been viewed on the web.
Obviously, the objects have been viewed. Someone took the photo. But you can be the first person to see a genuine science artifact online.
I, dear friends, have had the honor of being the first to see large porcelain bidet and an aquatic microscope.
