I have to say I hate it.  That's no mustang.

I wouldn't mind an electric mustang, but to stick mustang garb on a crossover is a horrible idea.

That's not a Mustang, IMO. It has nothing to do with the power train, either.

<added> great minds, littleman.

Wow, same reaction.  :)
I suspect there will be mass outrage.

Fine, I’ll call the Mach-E a Mustang. But that giant screen has to go

Maybe a Mustang electric pickup truck would have been a better choice. hhh

Debbie says sedans are dead and the sporty car culture is a pretty thin market, so this is a logical survival move for Ford.  That said, Ford is an old dawg lost in a new world.

>>giant screen

A friend has a Tesla and I have not been able to escape the feeling that it is a nice car except for that stupid giant screen. I think the giant screen is one of those UI patterns that history will not be kind to and we will have something better in ten years.

Tesla owners, for various reasons, are giant-screen compatible out of the box. Ford owners, not so much. Ford pickup truck owners not at all. They should have tried it first in a Probe or Escape.

That thing is horrible. Looks like someone just docked a giant Ipad there. Doesn't really seem to even fit with the overall design of the dashboard. Even half that size is probably a bit too big.

Yeah perfect.

It might be a nice vehicle in it's own right, but it ain't a Mustang.
