Anyone used http://www.domainescrow.org.uk or heard anything about them?

I have a potential site buyer wanting to use them, but I've not come across them before.

not me.. how established are they? your right to ask, I would be cautious. Any reason they cannot use on of the more established ones? 

Not used them but its apparently an acorndomains service (which should mean it is legit to use). The Whois also shows Alan as the registrant (the owner of the acorndomains forum) so it seems to check out ok.

I checked their FSA license status and it appears to have been cancelled. That's a bit of a showstopper really combined with the lack of company details, registered office etc.
