Has anyone got experiences with outsourced moderation?  We have a forum that I could do with my team being distanced from that needs to use idiot-level policing (spam, language, trolling and libel) and I'm thinking that there are probably a number of other sites that have UGC where an outsource service could either lighten the load or add a level of protection.
