Lost opportunity indeed... But what could they possibly do that does not involve massive DNA poisoning? Put someone on twitter to reply every tweet with "go over to yahoo - we're not down"?

Yahoo and I guess Bing to a lesser extent could really capitalize on being the un-google and paint google as a massive out of control machine hell bent on taking over the world.  All the pieces are there, right down to the Droid eye on the devices, the driverless cars, the satellite images, google glass.  Seems like a missed opportunity.  It could be done tongue and cheek and even tie it into a BSG motif.
