Funny the Duct Tape could be used to tie someone up and the WD40 could be used to get out of  the tape bonds -- the product creates it's own need.

There is a duct tape sold here called "Gorilla Tape"  it is like black rubberized canvas with thick, gooey adhesive.   Incredible stuff. Highly recommended.

In the UK, the engineers tool box traditionally  holds a hammer and a condom.

Well, the chances are good that it's either stuck or loose. WD40 helps with the one. Duct tape with the other.
