I'm in again. Just had 2 rather good workouts this weekend from not doing jack for 2 weeks. Auch, can't lift my arms.

Week 1: 2/4

Here I thought I wasn't going to get any signups!  It may just be you and me this time Ras.

Week 1 - 0/4

I had a nasty stomach virus that kept me from eating for a few days.  I dropped like six pounds, but was too weak to work out.

I need to get onboard. Strangely, now that my watch tracks my workouts, I can't remember how many I've done, which has been my hangup. Now I sort of wish I'd gotten the model with bluetooth...

Anyway, I'll plug it in and get last week's numbers.

Thanks for keeping us going LM

Ok, I'm in, starting today. (for 5)

I'm a bit weak though, fortunately the liquor ran out this past weekend.

Wow, I can't believe lm finally missed a day, must be your first?

littleman

I missed a whole week!  I got pretty sick and lost a bunch of weight.  I think that was the first time I missed a workout since we started logging them.  Glad you are with us Dras.

Week 1: 2/4
Week 2: 3/4

I'm trying to get Mrs Ergophobe to join in... I should get Buckworks to work on her since they're Pubcon shopping buddies.

I just put in a new home gym (see attached photos).

[sorry, didn't realize my photo viewer was autorotating them, but ya get the idea]

Nice Styrofoam rocks ergophobe!  :D

I'm in, but off to a very slow start. The new year holiday in Japan is not conducive to exercise.

Week 1: 1/3
Week 2: 2/3

Hahaha, Atlas Stones! Nice one ergophobe. However I think they need to be 100+ kgs to qualify :)

I think one of mine is 80kg. I will say that the irregularly shaped rocks are harder to lift than a barbell so they probably seem heavier than they are... and I'm afraid to put the heavy ones on my scale. I was planning to build a lifting platform and buy barbells, but while building my patio wall I realized all I need to do is save out some rocks of various weights and the same effect is achieved. I love being able to clean and jerk and then just let it drop, which the absolutely hate in the gym.

These rocks are awesome. I got 'em with a lifetime warrantee.
