I have a need for one of those systems that route people depending on choice

Eg

To make a reservation press 1 > redirect
To speak to someone about a maintenance issue etc

Anyone done anything like this in the uk.

We have an awesome service here:

this is one of those thngs that has so many options, I dont even know what SIP is Jason :-)

or try avaya if you want someone to sort things out for you. They used to be really good but haven't dealt with them for ages so I don't know what their prices are like now.
