So week 2 I guess.
2 runs,
2 tennis
1 swim
1 bike ride

A bank holiday is good for me.

I did notice in Peru, despite (or because?)  it is a relatively poor country, they suffer from excess weight too. They eat a lot of carbs, and coca cola is big there.

My Weight's up 1 1/2 LBs

>was 173 just before Hanoi

I am sitting at 1-2 lbs. above my pre-Hanoi weight.  I've been doing well most days diet wise but there were a few social occasions where I stayed.

Rupert, that's quite a bit of activity.

Rumbas,  its good to see you making an effort despite the injury.

Two runs and one short bike ride.

I also finished my patio project which in the final phase involved mixing sand and concrete, carrying buckets of it and carrying some pretty heavy rocks over rough ground (over 150 pounds I'm pretty sure - two of them felt about like a 200 pound deadlift to get them off the ground, but I find rocks feel heavier than bars). Felt that in my shoulders the next day.

Mellow week.

I got in a big mountain bike ride after work - 24.2 miles, 3200 feet of vertical gain... but then I kind of lazed around. Went for a run on Saturday and that was it.

So 2/4 I think

Trying to get back into my routine of doing my pushups and pullups throughout the day too. And I lift my rocks at lunch time most days, but that's fairly minimal. Mostly just to get my legs stretched and blood flowing.
