QuoteThe most commonly used supplements, multivitamins, vitamin D, calcium and vitamin C, provided "no consistent benefit" for the prevention of cardiovascular disease or stroke, but niacin (vitamin B3) and antioxidants (vitamins A, C and E) were associated with an increased risk of all causes of death.

Vitamin D (prescribed by my doctor) makes a world of difference for depression for me in the winter time.  If I'm really down, I'll even do two minutes in a tanning bed.  Twenty minutes later, I feel like a new person...it's the weirdest thing.

I've also found that Magnesium supplements have taken away my panic attacks.

I seriously don't care if any of this is a placebo effect.  My life is better.

Definitely not placebo, SAD is a real thing. Amy uses a light for therapy in the winter, makes a big difference for her.

I'd consider adding Vitamin K, helps calcium get to the bones rather than the arteries apparently.

> Magnesium

I take ZMA, with also includes zinc and B6, helps many with sleep, great dreams too!
