Just to confirm, I got that last workout done today.  And in full disclosure, I had a slice of cheesecake last night  :o.

If I reported in every time I had a slice of cheesecake or similar, it would not look good. Trying to cut down though.

I am sure I'd eat more cheesecake if I did as much endurance work as you.  I have a coworker who said he runs 20+ miles a week so that he could eat what he wants.

Best off all, lots of variation - decent weight session (first in a long time), nice mt bike ride, a skate-ski outing and a rock climbing outing.

I did not meet my year-end goal but I'm a bit closer than a month ago.

Not really. My only restriction is to get carbs from sources other than wheat.

Well done everyone.  I managed 4 runs Christmas week, but still put on weight over the week.

turkey was fantastic mind, and I did drink too much :)
