Bees Are Bouncing Back From Colony Collapse Disorder

When sugar cane aphids evolved in the last couple of years to also eat grain sorghum, I know a lot of farmers were concerned about using insecticides that wouldn't harm honey bees.  The bee friendly one is more expensive, but most of the farmers I know went out of their way to use it.

I was reading that somewhere, think it might be in rural China, the bee population crashed so the humans are going around with brushes to manually pollinate the flowers.
