46% admitted to *ever* using a voice assistant. Just once.

Otherwise, that's a crazy number.

At first, I felt that was low, but I expect it is correct.  So, we're just on the threshold of where Echo and also-ran G Home are going to take us.  Wait until the smoke from Christmas 2017 clears and it'll jump to 12%.
