Ex-prime minister David Cameron changed the law so that mere mortals like most of us couldn't set up their businesses as trusts in the Caymans, i looked into it, thinking along the lines of paying some voluntary tax for the things i agreed with, but not foreign 'wars'.

There's a great documentary about an American movement that's anti-tax, they have lots of interesting points showing that it's basically illegal, one of their spokespeople is an ex IRS agent (i was surprised to learn that he was armed!) and he talks a lot of sense.
