I ship first class for our Amazon/eBay FBM orders, neither interface allows shipping to addresses unless they are associated with orders.  The USPS website took down their first class label printing service and forces people to purchase Priority shipping unless they want to wait to buy stamps or are willing to go into a post office.  Doing some digging I learned that it is possible to buy first class labels from Paypal.  It is pretty straight forward, and is at a discount to boot (like Amazon and eBay).  Anyway, I think it is possible for anybody with a Paypal account to ship this way -- I assume most of us do.

With CV-19 and everyone avoiding human contact right now it is nice to have an at home option.  We're using this to ship some masks to friends and relatives.
