I just received a dozen bottles as a gift. Some have red caps (marked 'Hot') some are gold caps (marked 'Nah').
I've just tried the red cap.

Don't take a sip or put in near your nose while it's fizzing. It makes your eyes burn and takes your breathe away, hhh.

Gold cap Blenheims make the best Dark and Stormy and Moscow Mules I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

I find all ginger ales to be a bit too sweet, so I offset that with a splash of ultra-sour, unsweetened, pure cranberry juice.  This made the red cap perfect.
