This is my first time hearing about it. 

This might be just the hook to give FF more traction.  Reminds me of DDG gaining traction and market share based on privacy.  Turned out there was a niche there and the same might hold true for FF in the anti-AI corner.

Brave Origin: again first time I've heard about it.  Even though the Linux version is free, I still have trust issues with Brave, maybe that's just me.  But if it's working at $60 a pop it sort of proves the concept.
