I have not seen any articles that address how this will be enforced.

They ban access on school devices and networks, which works during class time provided phones are banned too.  I don't know how many schools mandate phone lockers. If phones with data are allowed the ban only affects teachers, not students.

And outside of the school, it doesn't affect anyone.

I hate the whole narrative that students are "cheating."  To me, schools are using curricula poorly designed for the AI era. If the curricula were designed well, then access to AI would not be a problem.
