I'm thinking we've hit peak Amazon as an commerce platform in the US domestic market.

I have heard nothing but delivery trucks all day today (Wed.)  I'm assuming they are mostly Amazon because only they can somehow have 3 of their own trucks in the neighborhood at the same time with repeats all day long.

Same story here. Multiple AMZN trucks all day long. Many items available for same-day delivery, or "overnight" (early morning) before 5am. Deliveries happen anytime between 2am and 10pm.

In my location it's more secure to use the post office. Amazon doesn't always let me choose postal delivery but I do when I can. Ditto for other merchants.

I read someplace that slower shipping options tend to have a smaller carbon footprint. I don't know if it's true but I like to think so when I select cheapskate slow options.

Fire TV Sticks, AirPods and Champion clothing were among the top-selling items, Amazon said.
