I'd like to see what the percentage of real estate is.

My sister in law was a realtor until she retired yesterday (!) and she has been trying to refer clients out to other realtors. None of the realtors will even accept her referrals for buyers. There as so many buyers and so few houses, buyers are more trouble than the are worth.
