I'm looking forward to using the RSS reader (remember them?).  The reader will also handle podcasts and Youtube channels.

Vivaldi thought this suite of features through as a good way to get away from Big Tech.

The translator works well.  Somebody here posted a link to an article in French and I tried the Vivaldi translator on it and it worked.  Clean and easy.

Vivaldi is a Chrome variant. If it runs Tampermonkey and one or two other chrome extensions on a chromebook, I might give it a try as my primary browser.

I used Brave on a low-powered tablet and it was tolerable for travel browsing but it didn't have the right 'feel' to be my daily.
