looks like we have quorum then :)

We will select the main Hotel and eating venues once we can find which gutter Edo ended up in (as it was a double bank holiday weekend, this could take some time)

I was thinking we could all stay at one of my gay mate's care homes that he runs in Bristol. Really lovely guy and can provide free taxis into town if need be. He'll be permanently relocating to South Africa in the next couple of week, so I'm sure he won't mind.

Well situated, has smoking rooms, and Ed has bullied the bar manager into at least 'saying' that will stay open as long we need them to.

Rack prices on Aff sites seem to be £103 a night for room without breakfast - £16 extra approx for the breakfast
