I recently saw an article about a 3D printed "train station" in Japan that I was going to post, but it turned out to be essentially a bus shelter where the train stops (i.e. a small 3-sided structure to keep the rain off a dozen people waiting on a platform for a train).

IIRC, it was actually the forms for it that were 3dp and it was poured off-site and trucked to the jobsite for assembly.  I would have like to have been shown the 3dp forms being printed --not the generated slabs.  It was a pretty good-looking shed, though.

This is all the rage here, drive thru only overpriced coffee places.  About 3 different franchises have started opening them.  They may break the Starbucks stranglehold in the area.  But yeah, this form factor might start showing up on every corner, especially since a lot of older fast food brands seem to be retreating and closing stores.
