With a lot of Canadians in the gene pool, too.  Oh,  and retired US military and NASA guys. At the motorhome rallies, I swear I am the only non-mil guy there. Also, I am the only one there whose coach isn't bristling with handguns.  The rest of the US & N. FL might fall to foreign invasion,  but central FL will remain free.

Daikon

Interesting. I probably have daikon several times a week, but it's boiled and included in soup/broth. Had not considered all of those other ways of preparing it. It's really cheap and can be found in any food shop. Thanks for the inspiration!
