Disconcerting: Discovered 3 days *after* it passed 1/3 the moon's distance from Earth.

You escape the air blast by being shock melted.

I love reddit.

If you are shock melted, you escape the air blast, AND you don't have to worry about the ear drum rupture. Seems like a good option.
