That's crazy. All I need to do is pick an issue where a candidate takes a strong stand (or an unpopular vote) and hammer, hammer away. This what the PACs do now to skirt campaign contribution limits.

This is like saying you're going to ban candy by prohibiting stores from selling anything that says "candy" on the label.
