Primarily to work with me on search and social but I also want them dealing with Analytics, eCRM and possibly a bit of PPC/media/affiliate work. Its a very junior role and won't be very glamerous initially. The objective is to get someone in, have them work across all the basics for 6 months or a year and then moving them up into an area where they perform especially well and bring someone else in at the bottom so we have some good talent.
We're a full service digital agency with 35 staff so will be working directly with planners, creatives, developers and some client facing.
