Do we know why he is attacking the Guardian?

Just had this email from the Guardian.  I have donated occasionally, so I get emails:

Dear supporter,

On Tuesday, Elon Musk, owner of X/Twitter, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, and one of the richest men on the planet, posted the following message about the Guardian.
The Guardian

The Guardian is sceptical of plutocrats and entrenched power. From Musk to the Murdochs, a small number of wealthy people have a powerful hold on much of the world’s information – and what they spread can often be distorting and destructive.

We are different: with no super-rich owner, the Guardian is free to seek the truth and share important stories that people ought to know – and free to care less what Musk or any billionaire thinks of us.

RC, you know we are  ignoring the potential catastrophic effects...  there is nothing we can do about it :)

But point taken.

It was amazing over the UK.

But we missed it.

I understand its difficult to predict, and changes almost minute by minute, so we are looking at an app to give us warning to try and NOT miss it next time.

I noticed that the BBC has a list of AI robots banned in robots.txt

You know what the biggest problem with pushing all-things-AI is? Wrong direction.
I want AI to do my laundry and dishes so that I can do art and writing, not for AI to do my art and writing so that I can do my laundry and dishes.

Never saw it that way, but that is spot on!

I have been working through some of these. Interesting analysis.

wow... with a pic of a meal:

It's difficult to provide an accurate calorie count for this meal without knowing the precise ingredients and portion sizes used. However, based on the visible components, I can give a general estimation of the calorie range.

The meal appears to contain grilled or sauteed chicken breasts served over a grain salad or pilaf made with quinoa or rice, mixed with vegetables like bell peppers, onions, dried fruits like cranberries or raisins, nuts or seeds, and herbs. Chicken breast itself is relatively low in calories - around 165 calories per 3.5 oz serving when cooked without added oils or sauces.

The grain and vegetable pilaf portion looks substantial, so I'd estimate around 400-600 calories depending on the exact grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and dressings used. Added oils or dressings could increase the calorie count further.

In total, a reasonable estimate for the entire plated meal would be somewhere between 600-800 calories. However, this is just an approximation based on visuals. The exact calorie content could vary quite a bit depending on the specific recipe, ingredients, cooking methods, and portion sizes involved.

I do hope they have left some of the interesting architecture.

It told a compelling story.

A pretty big update on my part;

That is good well done. Still bouncing along doing a few resistance exercises and a hit a few mornings a week. A weekly night cycle in the mud and rocks.

just off on a big motorbike trip, so hope I am fit enough for it. I believe its 50% dirt roads. find out when I get there.  I know it can be hard work.
