I once crossed the Irish Sea on a ferry during a gale. I can attest, they have plenty of wind and ocean.

Yup agreed, windy, and wet, can that be used? A bit of hydro perhaps?
Unfortunately the Sunny bit is the locals view of life. Does that count?

Wonder if Rockall would be a potentially good location since it's relatively shallow waters and not much further away than some of the recent Scotwind parcels of seabed.
Ireland don't recognise the UK's claim to it. The image in the article shows an EEZ around the rock about the size of Ireland itself.
