Only 3 last week due to the holiday. I'm committed to playing ball 4 nights/week, weather permitting for 2 nights. Holding off on the gym b/c no time.

Off for a bike ride tonight with same partner... the last one was almost a four-hour ride after work, which wouldn't have been so bad except that there was only three hours of daylight.

This time we have headlamps ;-)

OMG.. I hope it was moon lit last time!

Not even a quarter moon, but we were back to a fairly decent dirt road by the time it was really dark. It was enough to tell where the road was, but not "see" it. It was sort of strange, kind of halucinatory. Very similar to a grainy image taken in low light. But we kept it slow and nobody died.

Got back in daylight last night. We got a little lost, but ended up at an old mining camp with tons and tons of ripe currants around it. Project for today is to try to find it on the map!

3/4
Gym workouts.

Made it a point to walk above 10,000 steps every day on average as well. Been hitting that for 2+ months now.

5 x vball this week. 4 league nights (7 matches, 5-2) plus open play on Sunday for ~10 hours total.

Good week.

- two nice mountain bike rides with friends and Theresa
- a run up Royal Arches - http://www.supertopo.com/rock-climbing/Yosemite-Valley-Royal-Arches-Area-Royal-Arches - took me 37:30 for the climb itself, which is as fast as I did it when I was climbing a lot.
- climbing with friends on Sunday and then harvested about 10 pounds elderberries.

With my current biking/running bias, it's a nice change to feel that all-body tired I get from climbing.

Rumbas

Shitty week, too much work and a couple of sick days..

Did 75,000 steps though.

1/4

4xvball all league nights. Had to take Sunday off, joints needing a break.

Had a good week of lifting, 4/4.  The shoulder is feeling good, but I'm still nursing it.

Lazy week... I think I just went for one short run, a short climbing session and a walk/bike around the neighborhood

2/4 :-(

Rupert

Rubbish week here too.
1 Run, glut pulling, so rolling out. Tried to go out for a second, came home.

2 tennis.  But not very hard.
