A pretty big update on my part;

That is good well done. Still bouncing along doing a few resistance exercises and a hit a few mornings a week. A weekly night cycle in the mud and rocks.

just off on a big motorbike trip, so hope I am fit enough for it. I believe its 50% dirt roads. find out when I get there.  I know it can be hard work.

I take weights of customers.... always in Stones.

I love the mix, often gives out smiles.

It does bring on another issue, and thats dual Language. This is a pet hate of mine. When we go to wales, all the road signs are in Welsh.  With English below. Well for 100% of the people driving, English is understood.  But Welsh is only spoken by 30% of of POPULATION.  So a smaller % of drivers.

It takes me time to read down the welsh and get to the English....  Its a safety hazard!  I tell folk but they never listen
